Happy ash Wednesday to one and all
Every year at this time I give up something for Lent. This year I'm giving up food.
Not really all food just everything that is bad for me. No more sweets, pop, fried foods, etc. I'm also going to start a food diary and write everything I eat or drink down. Then a co-worker is going to review it spontaneously to make sure I'm not being naughty. I love food, and this is going to be very difficult for me. But, I have to got to get healthy and lose some weight.
